Club History
The hockey club has a long and distinguished history. The original club, Llandaff was formed in 1918. Llanishen was formed sometime later in the 1950's. These two proud clubs merged in 1983 and the then formidable Llan & Llan were formed, this team went on to enjoy some extremely sucessful years notable durirng the 1980's when the had several European Cup appearances and welsh cup wins. Caerphilly were formed in 1990 and had several lleague sucesses before merging with Llan & Llan in at the start of the 2000 - 2001 season.
Over recent years the club has enjoyed few sucesses however they have always played games with a never say die attitude, which has led to some very spirited performances and some quite exceptional come backs.
